answers.
For a particular club or journey,
our concierge is here to help.
Is IAC included with complimentary All Out Access?
No. Standard and complimentary All Out Access do not include IAC access. IAC access is included with Enhanced Access, Explorer and Founder memberships for the people covered by the membership, once activated.
Are club visits and facilities complimentary?
Reciprocal access does not make every service free. Dining, accommodation, golf, facilities and other services may carry charges. Check the host club’s current terms before booking.
Can I bring my partner, children or guests?
Guest and age policies vary by club. Confirm the people covered by your Le Haus offer and ask the host club to approve any guests before your visit.
Can I visit a club close to home?
IAC is a travel privilege. The standard rule is more than 200 km from your residence, with separate border rules for Singapore and Hong Kong. Confirm the applicable visiting rules with our concierge before making plans.
How do I arrange a visit or reservation?
After activation, request your visit through the IAC website or app. Add dining, accommodation or golf requirements to your request, and wait for confirmation from the host club before arriving.
Where can I find the latest club list?
The IAC club directory contains the current collection, facilities and individual club rules. The network and benefits can change, so check details before making travel arrangements.
