A Shared Belief in Rest

This retreat is an intentional pause. A space to slow the nervous system, reconnect to the body, and step out of constant urgency.

Le Haus creates places designed for clarity, restoration, and belonging, rooted in the natural rhythm of the Caribbean.

ARVRA designs retreats where rest is treated as a deliberate, embodied practice. Not a luxury, but a necessity.

Together, we've shaped this experience in Antigua to hold both: a setting that supports deep rest, and a framework that allows it to take root.

The Retreat Experience

From March 29 to April 4, we gather in Antigua for a 7 day retreat centered on one idea: rest as a form of resistance.

Each day explores a different dimension of wellbeing, from nervous system regulation to strength, resilience, and embodied movement all guided by ARVRA's expert practitioners.

Set within the natural rhythm of the island, days unfold through practices and experiences including sunrise hikes, ocean swims, and time spent in nature.

You will leave rested, revived, and renewed, ready to meet the rest of 2026 with clarity and steadiness.

FAQs

  • This retreat is designed for anyone seeking space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves amongst like-minded people

    It’s for you if you’re:

Looking for a true break from life’s daily distractions (no WiFi, no rushing, just presence).
Craving restorative practices like community, yoga, breathwork, and journaling to bring balance back to your body and mind.
Excited to experience The Caribbean's culture, food, and natural beauty in an authentic and respectful way.
Open to joining a warm, inclusive community — many guests come alone, but quickly feel part of the group.
Ready to return home feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply recharged.

Our intention is to hold space that feels safe, affirming, and culturally rooted, while still being inclusive of all who join with openness and respect.

No previous yoga experience is required. All practices are guided with care, so you’ll always feel supported whether it’s your first class or you are well-seasoned.

  • ✈️ What are the flight and travel arrangements?

Flights are currently $900 return from London to V.C Bird International airport in Antigua with British Airways and $250 with American Airlines from New York. Flight prices may vary between now and the date of the retreat. Once you secure your retreat spot, we are happy to liaise with you and send you flight recommendations to assist with planning and for a simple and stress-free experience.

    Airport Transfers

We provide a group airport pick-up and drop-off from V.C Bird Airport to the House at set times, included in your retreat price. If you arrive outside of these times, we’ll help you arrange a private transfer (at your own cost). All scheduled international flights coming in on the arrival date should fall within our set transfer times.

  • Please be sure to let us know in advance of your dietary requirements so we can cater for you… Breakfast is a colourful and fresh buffet of fruits, muesli, yogurt, bread, cheese, salad and eggs made-to-order by the team.

You can view the Treehouse Beach Club menu here (hyperlink to: www.thbeachclub.com/menu)

Because we are in the Caribbean food variety may be a little more limited than in a big city.

  • Many of our guests actually join the retreat solo - and it’s one of the best ways to travel. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, inclusive group where connections form naturally.

Before we travel, you’ll be invited to:

A private WhatsApp group to connect and plan together
Pre-retreat meet-ups (online + in London / NY) to break the ice

Once in Antigua, you’ll have the option of sharing a room with another guest or booking a private room if you prefer your own space. Either way, you’ll never feel out of place — past guests often say they arrived as strangers and left as family.

  • This retreat is for all levels - from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Every class is guided with options, so you can move at your own pace and choose what feels good for your body.

    Our yoga practices include:

Dynamic vinyasa flows to energise and build strength
Restorative and yin sessions to release tension and support recovery
Gentle breathwork and meditation for calming the mind

Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or already practice regularly, you’ll feel supported and encouraged throughout. The focus is less on “performance” and more on giving your body and nervous system the space to restore.
